We had a great combined degree effort with Virginia Falls Lodge to raise their Brother Gary Erickson to the sublime degree of Master Mason on March 21st. Between the two Lodges, we had more chairs (officers and sidelines) filled for a meeting than we’ve seen in quite a while and it was great to combine work with the brothers from Merrill. So what does April bring? Br. Jeff Treager’s MM degree on Friday April 27th, plus an FC degree and maybe one or two EA degrees. So to fit this all in, we’ll probably have an extra meeting on the 2nd Wednesday in April. Stay tuned.
I want to give a special pat on the back to our Junior Warden and Stewards for keeping us well-fed so far this year. The food has been great and we really appreciate their efforts both in preparing the dinners and for cleaning up afterwards. We also enjoy the time this gives us all to build our Masonic friendships and brotherly love.

April 4th — 7 PM Stated -Stated Meeting—reading a petition and voting on two petitions. We will call down to EA after the regular business is completed so all Brothers may attend.

Wisconsin Valley Shrine Club meets every Friday for a noon luncheon at the Wausau Elks Club.
Wausau York Rite
April12th — 7:00 PM Stated Meeting – Installation of all York Rite Officers.
April 17th — 7:00 PM Stated Meeting, Chapter and Council.
Scottish Rite Club
Meets for breakfast at 7:00 AM 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesdays at Perkins.
Wisconsin Valley Shrine Auxiliary
Wisconsin Valley Shrine Auxiliary will meet Friday, April 13, 2012 for a noon luncheon and meeting at the Elks Club. The program will be presented by Dr. Phillip Zickerman relating to his mission work in Haiti.
Wisconsin Valley Auxiliary will have a fundraiser at Perkins Family Restaurant, 508 Grand Ave, Schofield on Wednesday, June 13 from 4-8 p.m. Perkins will donate 10% of the proceeds to the Shriners Hospital for Children, Twin Cities, to “Keep the Wheelchairs Rolling”. Everyone is welcome.
