It was another busy and good month at Forest Lodge. Brother Nathan Palmer did an excellent job posting for his EA degree and was passed to a FC. PM Dan Maguire has been doing an excellent job in preparing our new Brothers and that was reflected in Nathan’s work. Thank you Dan and keep up your great work! I would like also thank Brother Bob Beck for the amazing job he did during Nathan’s degree, it was appreciated.
This month PM Stephen Britton will be presenting on the design and construction of King Solomon’s Temple during the second stated meeting on May 18th. We will also be having a Bowling Event on May 20th that will also benefit the Payton’s Promise Charity. The cost is $11 per person and that includes the shoe rental. If you can attend please RSVP to PM Peter Rotter. We will also be honoring the Veterans of our country by marching in the Memorial Day parade. If you can participate, please meet at Marathon Park at 10:00 am. Veterans that are participating are welcome to wear their military uniforms if they choose to. There will also be a wing and cigar party at Jesse Furrer’s home following the parade.
